With the communique published in the Official Gazette on September 5, 2018 w. no 30526, a discount between 50-25 % have been applied on official fees of application, registration and other related transactions for patents, trademarks and designs.
Turk Patent announced that this discount has been applied in order to decrease the costs of application and registration fees for industrial properties within the context of the Support Package for Industrial Enterprises announced by Ministry of Industry and Technology.
